Why I chose Calvin

I already knew that Calvin was receptive to internationals. I was also looking for a place that was intellectually challenging. I was curious to know how Calvin would balance the Christian faith with learning. I was worried that Calvin would focus on the religious aspect rather than how we develop intellectually.

What I found…

I have been very impressed with how we've been able to actually put the Bible with our textbooks. Calvin has put pressure on me to do my very best. I am really convinced that if I went on to an Ivy League school, I would survive, coming out with the conviction that I am a Christian; I am sure I can combine my faith with business and politics. And I found a very supportive environment for internationals. It wasn't too difficult to find a place here, and it wasn’t too difficult to find people who like me.
