Linux

I'm a strong advocate of Linux. On my rants page you'll find links to rants on the beauty of Linux and the evil of Microsoft. There may be some overlap with those rants and the material here.

Primarily, though, this page and it's sub-pages are here to summarize for me what I do with Linux. I am not writing a help site for everyone. I'm just putting up what I know from my experience, mostly so that if I need to recreate anything, I can do this easily.

• My opinion of various Linux distributions.
• I've recorded my own history with Linux. It'll put you on the edge of your chair (assuming that the back of your chair is missing and all you have is edges).
• The installation page describes how I install Linux on my machines.
